Our 309 spacious guest rooms (including 4 suites and 8 handicapped accessible rooms) have been updated in 2008 with completely renovated bathrooms.     • Offers guests and visitors a sustainable green experience for all occasions (weddings, meetings, showers, parties, vacation, etc)
    • Purchases locally sourced products to reduce fuel waste to transport
    • Purchase sustainable, non-toxic products whenever possible
    •  Offers event planners green meeting options; provides educational handouts on Green Travel Tips and Green Meeting Tips

Investing in energy efficient appliances and resource conservation practices-

    • Installed CFL light bulbs in all guestrooms, public spaces and in exterior building lighting
    • Natural unbleached, recycled content paper is used in towels, tissue and napkins
    • Uses water pitchers in meeting rooms to reduce the use of plastic bottles
    • Employees use plates, glasses, mugs and utensils
    • Installed low flow water faucets, toilets and urinals throughout the entire building, reducing water consumption by 15%
    • Replaced all guestroom HVAC units with energy efficient units reducing power consumption by 15%;
    • HVAC and heat controlled and monitored for efficiency
    • Installed motion detectors in rear of hotel to turn lights off when no one is present
    • Glass, china and cloth napkins primarily used
    • Guests determine when to have sheets and towels changed during stay

 

Reduce waste and recycle-           

  • Recycling program for hotel waste (paper, plastic, aluminum cans, cardboard and grease)
  • Uses recycled content paper products and trash bags throughout the hotel

The Hilton Lisle’s elegant events facilities make us one of the Chicago area’s premier hotels. We offer a stunning 10,800 square foot ballroom, 1,400 square feet of atrium space, a spacious banquet hall which accommodates 480 people, and a reception capacity of 800 people, plus 18,000 square feet of meeting space. Our professional staff is readily available to assist you with planning and logistics to make sure your special event exceeds your expectations.

“I wanted to send you a note to tell how wonderful everything was on Saturday. Everything went so smoothly and all our guests had a great time. The staff was amazing and I can’t remember ever having such great service while at a reception. I apologize that I am unable to remember her name, but our head staff person that evening was so wonderful and on top of everything the entire night. She made it so I didn’t have to worry about any details and was always right there if I needed something. Our table server Nino was spot on all the time, too! At other weddings we have attended, the different courses took a long time to get to each table, so sometimes by the time our main dish got to us, other tables were done eating. Our guests commented that the food was delicious and got to the tables almost at the same time, so everyone was eating and enjoying each course together! It was another one of those details that can be overlooked, but your staff was on top of it and it made the night go even more smoothly.


The food was fabulous and we are so happy to have had the ability to do the upgrade of the champagne and appetizers during the cocktail hour, as those were the favorites of the guests. The champagne was quite a hit and many of our guests were asking what it was so they could get it. Your Boursin Mushrooms were also raved about!


The room was perfectly set up and every detail was attended to. You were so helpful in keeping me on track with all the preparations and made the entire process as stress-free as possible.


After looking at so many other reception halls, the Hilton offered the most options and services for the best value. After Saturday, we were quite impressed with how perfect everything was and how much you and your staff went above and beyond to make sure it was a good night. Thank you so much for everything and always being there for suggestions!! Please make sure to send our thanks to the staff that evening and tell them how wonderful they were, too!
