A non-audition community band designed to encourage post-high-school-age citizens of the northern suburbs of the Twin Cities in the performance and enjoyment of music. The band was founded in the spring of 1980 by a handful of musicians and has grown to a group of over 70. The band performs 3 major concerts during the year. During the summer they perform at local parks and for Memorial Day and 4th of July events. The group had made 3 performing tours to Europe and a 25th Anniversary tour in Minnesota.
